Excellent sample-to-sample reproducibility using both 96-well plate and StageTip rack desalting.
Pearson correlation analysis of the same E. coli peptide sample desalted simultaneously in all 96-wells or 96-StageTips demonstrates exceptional consistency with averages ≥ 0.98. Repeated Pearson correlations analysis show results are consistent, validating the reliability of sample preparation for high-throughput proteomics.
