C18 Desalting in 5 Steps

Complete peptide cleanup in under 30 minutes with our validated 5-step protocol - from sample preparation to MS-ready peptides

Condition

Filter 50–100 µL methanol. Keep membrane wet.

Equilibrate

Filter 50–100 µL of 0.5% TFA. Keep membrane wet.​

Load Sample

Pipette sample into tip. Max 400 µL, 40 µg peptide per C18-HD tip.​

Wash

Filter 50–100 µL 0.5% TFA, then 50–100 µL 0.5% acetic acid.

Elute

Filter 10–30 µL of 80% ACN, 0.5% acetic acid. Repeat 1–2×. MS-ready.
