A New Chapter Begins
CDS Analytical LLC, with over 50 years of experience in gas chromatography sample introduction instruments, signed a definitive agreement with 3M Purification Inc. to acquire the rights to Empore™ products.
This acquisition included production equipment, proprietary formulations, and all EPA-licensed key patents related to the Empore™ trademark. The move created a comprehensive solution provider for analytical laboratories worldwide.
