CDS Empore 2272 and 2372 Environmental Carbon Disks are solid phase extraction (SPE) disks made with activated carbon and a 12 μm particle size. The carbon surface contains both positive and negative charges, allowing effective extraction of highly polar compounds such as N-nitrosodimethylamine, oxamyl, and methamidophos, as well as volatile compounds like trihalomethanes. These disks are ideal for environmental and drinking water sample preparation.
